Account Registration

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. n9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one n9999 account. If n9999 detects multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under different names, phone numbers, or devices — all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited. This applies to accounts opened through household members sharing the same device or network if there is evidence of coordinated misuse.

2.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your n9999 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. n9999 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

n9999 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to n9999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of them to register and maintain an active account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. n9999 is strictly an 18+ platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on n9999 or any other gaming platform you have registered with.
• You must be accessing n9999 as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only — not as an agent, broker, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of n9999 or any of its affiliated service providers, unless explicit written permission has been granted by n9999 management.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on n9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). n9999 does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (bank transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your n9999 wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• n9999 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Completed verification speeds up future withdrawal processing.
• If a bonus was active when funds were deposited, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• n9999 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawals. This is to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. n9999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy may be closed.

Bonuses and Promotions

n9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your n9999 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on n9999 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on n9999 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general rule: slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and virtual sports and esports bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Games with an RTP above 97% may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Full contribution tables are published in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on n9999 carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation

n9999 monitors bonus usage for patterns that suggest abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, and use of automated betting software during bonus play. n9999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close the accounts involved.

Gaming Rules

All games available on n9999 operate under the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface and supplement these general terms.

6.1 Game Fairness

All slot games and RNG-based casino games on n9999 are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate with independently tested Random Number Generators (RNGs). The Aviator crash game uses a provably fair algorithm — the outcome of each round is cryptographically determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by any player. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and tested under standard conditions over long sample sizes.

6.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round outcome may be void and stakes returned to your n9999 wallet. n9999 does not guarantee that any game session that is interrupted will be restored. Bets placed and accepted before a malfunction are binding; bets that cannot be verified due to a malfunction may be voided at n9999's discretion.

6.3 Esports and Sports Betting

Esports bets placed on n9999 are subject to the specific rules for each game and tournament. If a match is postponed beyond 24 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned before a result is reached, all bets are voided unless the applicable rules state otherwise. Live in-play bets accepted before a market is suspended are binding even if the outcome changes rapidly after bet placement.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single withdrawal amounts and maximum winnings per round or per bet may apply, depending on the game and account tier. These limits are displayed in the game interface or in promotion-specific terms. n9999 reserves the right to apply a maximum weekly withdrawal limit at its discretion, particularly during bonus play.

VIP Club Programme

The n9999 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation is automatic — VIP points are earned on every real-money wager placed on n9999 at a rate of 1 point per Rs 10 wagered. Points accumulate and determine your tier level.

• VIP points and tier status are calculated on a rolling 30-day or calendar-month basis as specified in the VIP Club terms.
• Benefits associated with each VIP tier — including cashback percentages, monthly bonuses, and dedicated host access — are at n9999's discretion and may be revised with 7 days' notice.
• VIP status is personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
• n9999 reserves the right to revoke VIP status or benefits if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Cashback bonuses awarded through the VIP programme carry a 1x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated — the most player-friendly wagering structure on n9999.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on n9999. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on n9999, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with n9999 games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in n9999's games or platform. Any winnings resulting from an identified exploit are not valid and will be reversed.
• Depositing or wagering funds sourced from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits through your payment provider after funds have been wagered on n9999.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any match or event on which a bet has been placed on n9999.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other means to misrepresent your identity or location in order to circumvent platform rules.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at n9999 staff, other players, or any person associated with the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

n9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Expiry of a dormant account as described in Section 4.3.
• At the direction of a regulatory body, financial institution, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at n9999's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's request and there is no outstanding breach, remaining real-money balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method after completion of any required verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact n9999 support via email at support@n9999.click. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority and without question.

Privacy and Data

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

n9999's total liability to any individual player for any claim related to the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified n9999 wallet at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits n9999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to These Terms

n9999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, n9999 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of n9999 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using n9999 and close your account. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page, with the Last Updated date displayed at the top.
